Atlanta has been a city known to produce some of the world's most talented people and this Sicilian & Black beauty is no exception to the trend.

Monique is more familiar than you realize. You have undoubtedly seen her dominate the screen in over 30 music videos for major artists such as 'Nelly','Ludacris', 'Master P', 'Nas' & 'Fabulous' to name a few. Turning her infamous stage name; "Whyte Chocolate; into a hip hop household name it what seemed like a milli-second. A former No Limit Soldier, was signed to the multi-platinum recording labels, No Limit Records & Universal Records after her film appearence in the So So Def film "On the Come Up".

This Atlanta eye-candy continued to keep the scene hot gracing the pages of XXL Magazine, The Source Magazine, Black Men's Magazine; 101 Sexiest Women in The World edition, the celebrity series of the Boost Mobile Commercials, as well as the MTV Making of The Video series & BET Behind The Scenes including appearances on the hit countdown show BET 106 & Park. Monique continued on to live theatre headlining in the hit stage play "Secrets Men Keep" selling out the Atlanta Civic Center.  Her acting skills allowed her more leading roles in on stage hits including ”Voices” & “A Dancers Story”. Later securing a role in the Warners Brothers hit movie "ATL" with rap sensation 'T.I.' which grossed over $11 million dollars opening weekend.

Beauty has its perks but pair that with talent and intelligence... there's no telling what could happen. Monique started GlitterTees in 2002 making good use of her graphic design training. Eventually being recognized as one the most sought after print houses by big brands, celebrities and individuals alike. Currently she has three production warehouses across the United States servicing schools, churches, pro sports teams and all the cool people around the world! 

"Being in the entertainment industry requires that I am seen and remembered. I've taken that same philosophy and applied it to real life. Every business wants to be seen & every person wants to be remembered. When something catches your eye what do you do? Look! And then you look again! Glitter has that effect".

Relocating to Texas with her then husband afforded Monique the opportunity to grow her business efforts. “I watched my husband (ex) play in the NFL for 10 years… the dedication required to make that happen motivated me to keep growing…”.
In addition to GlitterTees, Monique is also the creator and owner of Growth Factor Hair ®; a hair regrowth product line for women and men that is currently being carried in over 26 beauty salons and barber shops in Texas and Atlanta. This serial entrepreneur owns and operates The Exchange Locale & Marketplace; an event venue located in historic downtown Longview catering to some of the city’s most prominent events. Monique big heart called her to create The Heart Filled Foundation; a federally funded non profit that has hosted an array of events to uplift and support her community.
Ms. Williams became an ordained minister in 2017 after deciding she wanted to be more involved in the most important parts of real life. She is the mother of two; her son Dee; 29 and her daughter IsaBella; 9. She has two grandsons; Elijah 7 & Theodore 5. She currently resides in Texas with her daughter Isabella. “I’m focused on the things that work and willing to change the things that don’t…”
