ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS. Returns are limited to items and garments that may have manufacturing defects and will be returned for like product with same design unless otherwise stated by designer.
Because our product is 100% ‘Custom Printed” or “Personalized” we do NOT offer Refunds. We will gladly reprint your item if there is a mistake made on our part. ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
We do NOT exchange any GlitterTees products due to the custom nature of the products.
We will not Reprint, Exchange or Refund for the following reasons:
1) FIT: If you receive your product and it does not fit properly you will be responsible for re-purchasing.
2) Dislike Design: Your design work PROOF must be approved by YOU before the print will take place.
3) Wear & Tear: We will not reprint the garment due to the natural wear and tear of clothing. Follow your care instructions & hang tags. If you accidentally wash your garment wrong and it is destroyed we will NOT replace it
These are estimates ONLY. We can not garauntee the production time but will try to meet the estimated time frames set.

Business Days consist of Monday-Friday ONLY.
Hours of Operation: We are available 7 days a week but production is only on business days.
Shipping: Choices are Fedex Ground (2-5 days) or Fedex Overnight (next business day by 3 pm)
1) Sample Design
Because all of our work is custom designed we will speak with you to get ideas, colors, logos, phrases, sizes, etc. A digital proof will be designed for your approval if you request one. We will send it via email.
2) Proofreading
Once you receive a proof you are required to Proof Read the ENTIRE design, including the correct spelling of names, words, dates, numbers, etc. We are not responsible for any errors on final product once you approve the final proof. Changes to the product after production begins including color, text, type or any other element are subject to additional charges.
3) Production & Payment
Once you approve a design we require that 100% of your order must be paid before production will begin. We accept cash, check, credit cards, PayPal & Western Union; all payable via our website. If you pay with a check please allow 3 business days for the payment to clear. In the case of a returned check the client is required to pay a $25.00 NSF fee as well as the amount of the check in another form of payment before work will begin.
Your order will go to production on the next available business day in the order it is placed in que to be printed. In other words....once you give us the 'Go Ahead' on the design we will send it over to the print dept and they will start work on your order. That day is considered the 1st day of production but the 3rd stage of the process.
4) Quantity
Once your order is approved and payment is made your order goes into production, therefore if your quantity changes notify us at once, if your supplies have not been ordered there will be no additional charges and your invoice will be credited for the difference. If your supplies have been ordered and paid for then you are responsible for the difference in the supplies.
5) Refunds
Because of the personalized nature of custom work, orders are non-refundable. If there is an error on our part, we will reprint your order at no additional charge. Unfortunately, we do not refund or allow returns for any other reason.
6) Cancellations
We understand that there may be a need to cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if this happens. If your order has NOT gone into production, you are only responsible for a $10.00 cancellation fee, which goes towards design fees, and any products ( shirts, glitter, embellishments, ink, etc) purchased for your order. If your order has gone into production you are responsible for the total amount of your invoice.
7) Delivery
We leave the method of delivery up to the client as it your responsibility for shipping fees in addition to your final invoice unless otherwise stated by us. We recommend having your order shipped 7 days prior to your event to ensure delivery in time. If in the local area of Kansas you may pick up your order in person.
8) Rush Service
Standard production schedule is approx. 7 business days which includes 2 days to process & design the proof and 2-3 days for printing, drying & finishing. This is once your final proof has been approved and payment has been received. Any rush charges will be communicated prior to accepting your order. Production does not always take that long however we do have other orders and to ensure the quality of your product we like to allot sufficient time.
9) Workmanship
As these are HAND CRAFTED pieces of work and you may notice slight imperfections, this is NORMAL and we will NOT reprint the order after they are sent out. The shirts are inspected several times before they are shipped. So if you get your order and are unhappy then know that they met the requirements and standards of the designer, otherwise they would not have been shipped.
